Letter from the Executive Vice President
October 27, 2016
We treat innovation leadership as a continuous work in progress and so I am happy to inform you that Scheidt & Bachmann has been making a lot of changes lately. We not only recently moved to our beautiful new headquarters in Lowell, MA which affords us more room for business growth but we have also taken steps internally to ensure that we invest in additional staff and resources to support our projects.
Our commitment to operational excellence forces us to study our approach and realize that we really need to re-shift our focus back to our key areas and ensure our execution strategy matches our promise to the customer. We appreciate your patience as changes take place. We strive to keep honest communication with our customers and we firmly believe that we have the best PARCS solution to accommodate your needs. Our upcoming goals for revising our product is to refine our solutions to offer a more polished selection that fits the DNA of the parking facility and addresses what customers need. We welcome the opportunity to discuss this further with you when we see you at the CPPA Show in Orange County, CA. If you are not able to attend the CPPA Show, please reach out to us and we would be more than happy to arrange a separate meeting. Until then, be well.
